For this new edition, two documents (one article of a single page and one poster) which present your work should be previously submitted and approved by a committee composed of PhD students. This committee's role is not to select the best work, but to ensure the consistency and quality of the content for the proceedings. Criteria are as follows:
Article
The paper describing your work and the context of your Ph.D thesis should be composed of a single page, and can include figures. This article must be submitted as a pdf file through the website.
Criteria
Respect of deadlines
Clear presentation of the problem in a one-page
Respect Template format
Well explaination of problematic and approach
Submission papers are accepted in English or French.
Posters
Each student as to make a poster to be presented to the JdT. The poster must be submitted through the website as a pdf file in A0 format.
Criteria
Good distribution and clarity of graphics elements
The poster can be already existed or printed specifically for JdT.
Important Dates
Call for Submission : 20 July 2015
Deadline for submission: 14 September 2015
Extended deadline: 28 Septembre 2015
Receive notification : End of September 2015
End of Acts : End of September-Beginning of November 2015
Presentation to the JdT : 5 November 2015.
Place
The JdT will take place in the building Nautibus at the Doua Campus of Lyon.
